A Buffalo, New York native, Richard Schutt is an Associate Broker with Wrangler Real Estate since its inception, formerly Owner/Broker with Legendary Properties both in Arizona and California as well as being General Sales Manager for CENTURY 21 Metro Alliance. He has also been a certified instructor for real estate renewal and pre-license courses. He entered real estate in 1995 graduating from Arizona School of Real Estate initially as Agent and then as Broker. He has a BS in Business Management from Canisius University with graduate studies at Canisius.Richard has been recognized numerous times over the years for meeting multi-million dollar sales production goals, currently specializing in Commercial, Land, Residential and Distressed Properties. Richard retired in 1992 as Vice President, Operations from Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC),
New York and has owned and operated theaters in the Buffalo area and in Los Angeles,California. He is a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Vietnam.
